Subject: - Registration of beneficiaries under PM Surya Ghar Yojana

Kind reference is invited to this office letter of even no. dated 23.02.2024 vide which instructions on new project of PM Surya Ghar Yojana were circulated.

2. In this regard, kindly refer to this office email dated 01.03.2024 to all HOCs wherein it was informed that whitelisting of QRT Surya Ghar mobile application on IPPB devices is scheduled on 01.03.20204 at 1600 hours in all Circles. All IPPB devices are required to be kept on from 1400 to 1700 hours.

3.All enumerators having IPPB devices may be directed to start registration of beneficiaries on these devices with effect from 01.03.2024 itself. However, all devices which are already being used for registrations may continue to be used.

4.In order to achieve the Circle targets, all field staff may be directed to carry out registration work on all days including Saturday & Sunday till 09.03.2024, when the target achievement will be reviewed. Circles may also organize Melas/Camps to register maximum beneficiaries.

4.Till date only 1.64 lakh beneficiaries have been registered by DoP which is only 1% of the target allotted. The Circle wise list of targets achieved till date is attached herewith.
