Sir,

With efforts of many months from do staff of Mangaluru division, we have compiled a reference folder for postal staff..This folder will be copied to systems of each departmental offices in the division  coming days..

This folder contains almost all forms requires by customers,staff, and various other guides and sops of the department ..

Main objective of this effort 

1. Counter staff must be able to guide public properly for various queries 

2.Counter staff must be able to  provide  application forms for any service requested quickly without spending much time in searching of forms
