Subject: Modification in instructions for ensuring timely processing and delivery of Rakhi mail — reg. 

Ref. Directorate letter of even no. dated 29/07/2020 

Id-UI-Zuha (Bakrid) is falling on the 1st of August, 2020 which is a gazetted holiday. 

2. Circles should, therefore, make all necessary arrangements to deliver the Rakhi mail on 2' of August, 2020. 

3. Delivery should be updated through Postman Mobile App.
