MESSAGE FROM SECRATARY

NEXT MEETING
INDIA POSTS’ RETIRED OFFICERS’ASSOCIATION,
Respected Sir/Ma'am, The Meeting & Family Get-Together is scheduled to be held on Saturday the 22nd February 2025 at Neilkanth Hall BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, 2R34+ 944, Mumbai-Agra Road, Near Dental College, Kevdivan, Panchavati, Nashik 422003 at 16.0 hrs (4.0.p.m.) with HI Tea with snacks under the Chairmanship of Shri Vijay Khanna, Ex Postmaster General Mumbai Region, Mumbai GPO 400001 followed by the various group activities by the participants and concluded with vegetarian Buffet Dinner at the venue at 21.0 (9.0 p.m.) There will be site seeing on Sunday the 23/02/2025 upto evening. .My earnest appeal to all the members who are in good health to attend the meeting & family get-together with their family members. It is also requested to the members to approach all Retired Gazetted Officer friends to attend in large numbers and not to miss this golden opportunity to continue your camaraderie with your long-time friends. The individual contribution calculated is as under Meeting @ Rs 500/- per person which includes the hall charges, Hi tea with snacks, Photographer charges and Vegetarian Dinner with Puran poli with desi ghee. Lunch on Saturday 22/02/2025 @ Rs 120/-per person (optional) Accommodation is @ Rs 750/- per person. Additional bed is @ Rs 250/- Thus, the total contribution is Rs 500/- + Rs 120/+ Rs 750/- =Rs 1370/- per person which is to be paid in advance. The conditions for refund of the advance are already intimated.The site seeing places and the cost is being worked out and will be intimated in due course. The contribution towards site seeing will be collected at the venue on 22/02/2025. The account numbers to which this amount is to be credited or remitted are already circulated. The Nashik team have assured to make this a memorable event to cherish. The itinerary is as under: - Arrival at Nashik in the morning/afternoon of Saturday the 22nd February 2025, Site seeing Lunch, Site seeing, Return to the venue of meeting, hi tea, meeting Dinner, halt. Sunday 23rd February 2025 Breakfast, Site Seeing upto evening Those who arrive on Friday the 21st February & those who depart on 24/11/2024 February 2025 necessary arrangement for stay will be made provided the rents of these days are paid in advance or paid on 22/02/2025 . 3. GDS ஆக பணிக்குச் சேர்ந்து  2 வருடம் ஆகியவர்கள் (on 01.01.2024) MTS தேர்வு எழுதலாம்.
