LPG subsidy can be credited in our POSB account, without much effort. Just a modification in CMRC will do. I have tested and got successful result
The very first step is to update the aadhar details in customer’s CIF ID as Aadhaar is mandatory for receiving subsidy from Government.

Aadhaar mandate available - Yes
Type of mandate - Fresh (for fresh connections)
Movein (to change the credit from bank account to POSB account )
Customer mandate date - Current date
Previous Bank IIN - Name of the bank in which the subsidy was credited previously
Aadhar linked account Numb - SB account number of the customer.
