Subject: Filling up of unfilled vacancies of MTS and Postman/Mail Guard of the vacancy year 2018 to 2021.reg.
Madam Sir,
It may be recalled that recently data has been collected from Circles w.r.l. vacancy position of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), Postman Mail Guard and Postal Assistant Sorting Assistant. As per information received from Circles, it is seen that there are 1149 vacancies of MTS and 2121 vacancies of Postman/Mail Guard of the year 2018 to 2021, which are yet to be filled up.

2. The matter has been examined in Directorate and Competent Authority has decided that unfilled vacancies of MTS and Postman/Mail Guard 014 April 2018 to 31 December 2021 shall be added to the vacancies of year 2022 and thereafter recruitment to these posts shall be carried out as per the provisions of respective recruitment rules. The vacancies which are sub-judice shall not be included.
