Lease & License policy for hiring accommodation
Directorate has issued long term leasing and licensing policy for hiring accommodation for office purpose in Department of Posts, in supersession of existing orders / instructions on the subject.
The lease agreement can be made for a period of 3/5/10/15/25 years and the procedure/instructions are given in the letter No.BDG-20/3/2021-Building-DOP dated 18.02.2022
