As ascertained from our counsel, reply has not been filed so far by the Secretary, DoE, Ministry of Finance in our Contempt Petition bearing No.C.P/180/137/2016 filed before Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench in OA No. 289/2013 regarding up-gradation of Grade Pay of Inspector Posts w.e.f 01.01.2006.
