A Trade Unionists must be aware about the Statements and Representations. A detailed explanation.

The importance of giving the first prima facie statement and its vital play in the course of Inquiry. The provisions available for taking time to give statement. The details about representation and its time limit for disposal etc are discussed in detail. The content of this episode should be spread over to all the innocent postal officials including the GDS to protect themselves from the future problems in disciplinary cases. This is applicable to all the central Govt employees.
